In a dazzling Lohri party, organised at one of the city hotels recently to celebrate the festival of prosperity, the guests let their hair down and danced to the foot-tapping Punjabi beats.
“Our family celebrates Lohri with much zeal and enthusiasm. This is one of the festivals that we eagerly wait for,” said Amandeep Arora. Good music and sumptuous refreshments made this event a hit amongst the guests as they bonded over good food and music.
“It is a fun event and I am enjoying a lot here. I look forward to attending more such parties in future,” remarked Meenakshi Tuteja, one of the guests at the do. Anarkali suits seemed to be the hot favourite with the ladies as most of them were spotted all decked up in the ethnic avatar at the do.
